MEMBERSHIP


WHAT IS BERG CLUB?

BERG CLUB is a membership exclusively for menswear. Your membership includes a monthly or quarterly outfit delivery, selected for you by your stylist. Each delivery you receive will be equal to, or higher in value, than what you pay. That means your very own personal stylist is completely FREE!

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

To become a member, all you need to do is fill in our simple style profile, decide how much you want to spend per month or quarter, enter your payment details, and you will receive your first outfit delivery soon after!

HOW DO I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP?

We want to keep life as simple as possible. That's why when you become a member we will automatically debit your membership fee from your preferred credit or debit card on the 15th of each month or quarter. All you have to do is sit back and wait for your BERG CLUB deliveries to arrive.

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?

When you join BERG CLUB, your chosen credit or debit card will be charged with your first month’s membership. After your initial delivery on the 1st of the following month, you will be charged your monthly membership on the 15th of each month or quarter.

For example, if you sign up on the 12th June, you will receive your first delivery on the 1st July, and be charged again on the 15th July for a 1st August delivery. You will not be charged twice in any given month.

HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Need a break from looking too good? Simply log in to your account and edit your membership to pause or cancel, or email us with the month you would like to pause, or your request to cancel. Cancellations between the 16th and 31st of the month will still receive the following month's delivery as it will have already been paid for.



OUTFITS


WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

BERG CLUB stylists like to keep it fresh, so each month or quarter you will receive a different season appropriate outfit made up of clothing, shoes and accessories depending on your membership preferences. If surprises are not your thing and you would like to know what you are getting ahead of time, simply send us an email.

WHEN WILL MY OUTFIT ARRIVE?

Your outfit will arrive on the 1st of the month, or a few days either side. If we are going to be shipping earlier or later due to holiday timings, we will send you an email to let you know.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY OUTFIT?

AWKS. If this happens just email us within 14 days of receiving your BERG CLUB delivery. We offer a simple returns and exchanges process because we want to make sure that you love every single outfit we send you.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T FIT?

Whether you have been gaining or shredding, we offer easy returns to BERG CLUB so you can exchange sizes. Please email us within 14 days of receiving the item in question, and we will organise your return and new size delivery. If we do not have your size available we will replace it with an equivalent item.

I DON'T KNOW MY SIZES, HELP!

This is a typical symptom of the male species. You're not alone. The best way to check your sizes is via your current clothes. Look at the sizes on the clothes that fit you best. Alternatively, you can email us and a stylist will assist you with your measurements.



DELIVERY


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

FREE for New Zealand customers. It's all covered in your membership. $20 flat rate per delivery for Australian customers.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you want to change  your delivery address simply log in to your account, select EDIT in the address section, and change your existing address or add a new one. Address changes must be made before the 20th of the month to take effect on your next delivery.

MY OUTFIT HAS NOT ARRIVED

Don't panic. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email for each delivery with details of your tracking number. If you have misplaced your tracking number, or it does not work, bang us an email. If your outfit has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your tracking number, please let us know.



RETURNS


HOW MUCH ARE RETURNS?

FREE for New Zealand customers. It's all covered in your membership. Australian customer returns are at your own cost.

I DON'T LIKE MY OUTFIT, CAN I RETURN IT?

Look, no one's perfect. Sometimes things just aren't right. It's not you, it's us. You can choose to return and exchange for a new outfit, or return for a full refund. Simply email us within 14 days of receiving your BERG CLUB delivery. Your stylist will send you instructions on how to use our simple returns service.

ONE OF MY ITEMS DOESN'T FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Whether you have been gaining or shredding, we offer easy returns to BERG CLUB so you can exchange sizes. Please email us within 14 days of receiving the item in question, and we will organise your return and new size delivery. If we do not have your size available we will replace it with an equivalent item upon consultation with you.



REFERRAL, GIFTS AND UPGRADES


CAN I REFER A FRIEND?

We encourage it. So much so, that when you refer a friend, we will give you $10 off your next month's membership. Simply email us to let us know who you referred, and receive your $10 discount as soon as we have verified their membership is legit. 

CAN I BUY A BERG CLUB MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?

TOTES! If you know his vital stats you can sign him up and select 'This is a Gift ' at the checkout. All gift orders are automatically one off orders. To gift a recurring subscription, make sure you check 'auto-renew' after 'This is a Gift'. You can also purchase a gift card.

HOW DO GIFT CARDS WORK?

BERG CLUB gift cards can be used by both new and exisiting customers. Gift cards work just like cash, so any unused balance on the GIFT CARD will be added to the customers account, and the balance will be shown within the account settings. After you purchase a gift card, the gift card will be emailed to you with detailed instructions for the recipient. Gift cards are valid for six months from purchase.

CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TIER?

You can change what membership tier you are on at any time. Simply log in to your account and change your preferences. If you update your preferences before the 15th of the month, the changes will take effect for your next delivery.

CAN I PURCHASE A ONE-OFF DELIVERY?

Yes, simply select 'This is a Gift' at checkout to automatically purchase a one-time only delivery. Treat yo-self.

I'M NOT FROM NZ, CAN I BECOME A BERG CLUB MEMBER?

At this stage, BERG CLUB is only for NZ, AU, and UK residents. If you are from outside of NZ, AU, or UK, please email us with your interest, so we can keep you up to date with our plans to start accepting memberships in your area.

DOES BERG CLUB HAVE A FEMALE MEMBERSHIP OPTION?

We do indeed! We can't have the men looking flash without the ladies looking chic! Check out www.styleclub.co.nz. You can also get monthly deliveries for your little people aged newborn to 5 years. Check out www.pandacrew.co.nz.

CAN I PURCHASE THE BERG CLUB RANGE OF CLOTHING SEPARATELY?

Membership entitles you to exclusive access to the BERG CLUB range. The range is not available for individual purchase, however if there is something you love from our website, please email us and your stylist can include it in your monthly delivery.
